History
Back in August 2004 Christopher D. Pollard founded his own on-site repair service after supporting products from vendors such as MSN, eMachines, and Yahoo! After running the service for a while he saw a gap between REAL computer service, and what is HIGHLY expensive service.
So he came up with a was for all computer service to be not only affordable but also friendly. The difference between our service and the other services from Huge companies, is our 'Techs' are YOUR Techs. Meaning, once you establish a relationship with your tech, they will always be the one you talk to when you are in need.
We only advertise through word of mouth and this site, our service is personal and professional.

As a Nerd amongst the ACS network, we all abide a set of global rules and guidelines to smooth the edges of what may become rugged at times.
ACS is a world wide network of like-minded individuals & entrepreneurs. All of which agree to follow these set guidelines to be able to provide services throughout the ACS interwoven web. - Dress to impress - Every nerd will get their first t-shirt for free during the initial interview process. For $15 a piece, you will also be able to purchase more.
- Usage of ACS's - The Ultimate Repair Disk
- T.U.R.D - Is a administrative CD that is packed with all the essential goodies to diagnose and fix a comp. The disk is updated seasonally and requires an mandatory update for continued usage.(These disks are deadly in the wrong hands.)
