On-Site Repair / Pickup
On-Site Repair / Pickup service for all of our clients within the greater Tucson area (and all nearby locales; call or email us to see if you fall within our On-Site Service zone).
On-Site Repair is $50 per hour, one hour minimum. If, within the first 15 minutes we see your computer requiring more than 2 hours of service, we'll recommend offer our nextday drop off service for $100.

Remote Service
If your problem doesn't require us to perform on-site service or walk you through the steps, then what you're probably looking for is something more cost effective -- our Remote Services. This is our cheapest solution for computer repair!
Service starts at $20 per hour.
Our techs install remote software products, such as RealVNC, on their clients computer(s). If you're a returning customer you may already have it installed. If you are not sure or need to install it, follow this link.
Monthly Maintenance
Do you use your computer a LOT - to the point where it feels like it needs a tuneup everyone month?
With our monthly service, you'll never suffer the consequences of a slow and problematic computer ever again! We schedule opportune times with you to connect remotely to your computer and clean-up your workspace.
